This is a meat-based recipe, high in lean protein, low in calories (only 410 Kcal).
Lean rump beef diced (23.5%), potatoes (25.1%), water (31.3%), carrots (4.7%), green broccoli (4.7%), onions, white wine (Sulphites), Celery, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, garlic, crushed red chili, salt, black pepper.
