Salmon, vegetables, Venere black rice, Mustard vinaigrette.

Oven-baked salmon seasoned with mixed herbs, butternut squash and French peas served on black Venere rice and a sprinkle of crushed roasted almonds. mustard vinaigrette on top to enhance and blend every flavour.

Ingredients

Main: Venere black rice (39.3%), french peas (9,84%), butternut squash (24,6%), salmon (fish) fillet (24,6%), crushed almonds (nuts), salt, extra virgin olive oil, sage, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper.

Sauce: Sunflower oil, french mustard, honey, white vinegar, salt, black pepper, water.

This recipe is prepared where numerous allergens are handled and due to the potential of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from any allergen. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Cooking instructions

Remove film lid, take out the sauce container and use it once heated.
Heat on full power (800W) for 2min 30sec in the microwave. All appliances vary, this are guidelines only. Check food is hot before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 5 C°
Once open consume within 24 hours and always within the Use By date.
