Recipe

A tender grilled chicken breast served with a pan fried purple cabbage and organic pearl spelt. Spicy yogurt and cucumber sauce on top to get the most out of every flavor. 

Recipe owner: Auntie Lucia used to invite her friends and family over the summer in her villa in Agrigento (Sicily): her famous raisin chicken fillets is served with a delicious protein yogurt sauce.

Orders deadlines are Wednesdays at 12 pm for being delivered within Sunday of the same week. We keep them fresh: temperature-controlled delivery packaging.

Ingredients

Main: pearl spelt (gluten)  (39,3%), chicken breast ( 24,6%), purple cabbage (32%), raisins (sulphites), chia seeds, salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder (sulphites), parsley, white vinegar. Sauce: sunflower oil, fat free greek yogurt (milk), white vinegar, cucumber, chives, parsley, garlic powder (sulphites), salt, black pepper, crushed red chili.

This recipe is prepared where numerous allergens are handled and due to the potential of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from any allergen. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Cooking instructions

Remove film lid, take out the sauce container and use it once heated.
Heat on full power (800W) for 2min in the microwave. All appliances vary, this are guidelines only. Check food is hot before serving.

Storage conditions

Keep refrigerated below 5 C°
Once open consume within 24 hours and always within the Use By date.

All our meals are freshly prepared and packed in modified atmosphere, meaning that all the nutritional properties, taste and colour of the ingredients are preserved for a longer timeframe. This recipe has been tested by the laboratories of the University of Chester and certified for 14 days of shelf life. 

Our containers are 100% recyclable, manufactured from 95% of sustainable material and only 5% plastic. They are suitable for Freezer (-30C), Oven (180C°) and Microwave applications.
