Forget about butter & sugar... here is a super healthy and delicious pancakes recipe! There are so many out there and it is very difficult to pick the right one on Saturday morning when we are ready for brunch and we have strong cravings for pancakes!
This is a guilt free and super tasty recipe:
high in protein, low sugar, low fat, low Kcal!
Mix the ingredients and make your healthy pancakes!
4 gr protein a pancake
8 Pancakes :
200 ml egg white
100 g 0% greek yogurt
40 g brown rice flour 40 g oat flour 40 g almond or coconut flour
30 ml almond / coconut milk
6 g Bicarbonate
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
10 g blueberry jam
Grated lemon zest
Pistachios granola on top
